Antarctic krill oil

What is Antarctic krill oil?

Krill oil is extracted from the Antarctic krill, which packed full of health promoting long-chain omega-3 fatty acids (EPA & DHA), phospholipids, choline and astaxanthin.

Krill gather together in huge swarms in Antarctica to feed on microscopic algae. Living in the pristine and unpolluted waters of the Southern Ocean means Antarctic krill are virtually free of environmental contaminants and toxins.

Krill oil contains EPA and DHA, the same omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil, although usually in smaller amounts. But a few preliminary studies suggest that krill oil might be better absorbed in the body than fish oil.

Krill Oil V.S Fish Oil

  1. Better Bioefficiency – Phospholipid bound krill omega-3s are better utilized by our body’s cells, and efficiently incorporated into the cell membranes.
  2. No fishy aftertaste
  3. More formulation options – Krill oil’s natural combination and concentration of 4 key nutrients (Phospholipids, Omega-3, Astaxanthin, Choline) offers more choices and benefits for various formulation.
  4. Natural, Pure and Sustainable
